Shipping Time
Domestic Orders (UAE):
- Next day Delivery: 1 - 2 business days
International Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 2 – 7 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders (UAE):
- Free for orders over 500 AED, or a flat fee of 18.90 AED for orders under that amount.
International Orders:
- Free for orders over 1 000 AED
- Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our couriers website.
International Shipping
Please note the following:
- Customs & Import Duties: Any customs fees or import duties incurred in your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by the customs laws in your country.
- Shipping Time: International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.
- Restricted Countries: Certain countries may have restrictions or limitations on the importation of certain products. If your order is affected, our team will contact you with further information.
Missed Deliveries
If you're unavailable to accept your delivery, the courier may leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or where to pick up your order.
If the package is returned to us due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. ENVY is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@envyme.ae so we can make necessary changes before shipping.
Packaging
We take care in packaging your swimwear to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
All items are carefully packed in secure, eco-friendly packaging materials.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any other restricted delivery locations.
- If your location falls under any restricted shipping zones, please contact our customer service team for alternative solutions.
