Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges on items that meet the following criteria:
- New & Unworn Condition: Items must be in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with original tags still attached.
- Hygiene Protection: Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the original hygiene liner intact. If the liner is removed or tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless otherwise stated.
How to Return or Exchange Your Swimwear
- Request a Return Authorization: Contact us at contact@envyme.ae to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Pack Your Items: Ensure that your swimwear is in its original packaging, unworn, and with the hygiene liner still intact. Please include your proof of purchase, the Return Authorization Number (RAN), and any relevant forms provided by our team.
- Ship Back the Item(s): Send your return or exchange to the address provided by our team. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees may apply for exchanges.
- Store Credit: Once we receive your return, we will process your store credit within 3-5 days. The store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or account balance, which you can use toward future purchases on our website.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the size or color you want is out of stock, we’ll notify you. If you prefer an exchange for a different style, we’ll issue store credit for the original purchase, allowing you to make a new purchase on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every item carefully before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for an exchange or issue store credit for the damaged product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or has had the hygiene liner removed.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
These items are clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
International Returns
For returns outside the UAE, please contact us for specific instructions. International returns must be shipped with a tracking number, and any customs or shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
