What sizes do you offer?
Our sizes range from XS to L.
How do I know what size to order?
We recommend checking our Size Guide page.
The guide provides measurements for bust, underbust, waist, and hip size to help you select the right size.
If you're between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
How do I care for my swimwear?
To ensure your swimwear lasts, we recommend the following care instructions:
· Hand wash in cold water after every use.
· Do not machine wash or use detergents.
· Drip dry out of direct sunlight.
· Do not tumble dry.
· Avoid contact with rough surfaces.
· Ensure swimsuits are completely dry before storage.
· Do not dry iron. Do not dry clean.
Are your swimsuits lined or padded?
Our swimwear collection includes a variety of designs, some with built-in padding and others with removable padding or no padding at all. You can find more details about the style of each product on its individual product page.

How do I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code, simply enter the code at checkout in the "Promo Code" field.
The discount will be applied to your total order before payment.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards that can be used on our website.
You can choose the value and purchase them on our Gift Card page.
What payment methods do you accept?

We also accept payments through Apple Pay.

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do!
Delivery times & shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer Standard and Express shipping for domestic and international orders.

What if my swimwear arrives damaged or defective?
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@envyme.ae within 2 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for an exchange or issue store credit for the damaged item.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@envyme.ae. We will do our best to update your details before the order is shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over 500 AED within UAE and over 1 000 AED for International shipping.
